MISSION STATEMENT:

My mission is to work my schedule, smart, with passion, focused and the highest intensity possible every minute of every day.  To provide the best possible service helping over 100 people this year achieve the “American Dream”.  I work no more than 50 hours a week in Real Estate, Monday to Friday.  Spending quality time with  my Family, playing as hard as I work on the weekends and making a difference in someone’s life everyday!

TO FULFILL MY MISSION:

I have Charity:  I seek to help someone everyday.  To do something for someone that could not be repaid, without expecting anything in return.
I Sacrifice: Devoting to my scheduled time to my mission, allowing nothing to get in the way or stop me from achieving my mission.
I Inspire: I teach and lead by example.
I am Powerful: I have an invincible mindset, I am the greatest at what I do, I enjoy what I do, I do my clients a great service, I help my clients get what they want and put their interest first.
I am Strong: I have a strong personality, I have a strong mind, I have a strong body, I have a strong and close relationship with all my clients.
I Prospect: I prospect everyday, Monday through Friday, from 830-1130a and then again 130-330p. I call all FSBO’s, Expireds, Just Listed, Just Sold, NOD’s. I get great results because I am focused on the client and their needs.  I always set at least 2 appointments everyday.
I am Disciplined: I follow my mission statement everyday.
My Schedule: I have a great schedule, it allows me to provide the lifestyle for my Family and the flexibility for my life.
I have Energy: My energy level isis always high and constant. I workout everyday.
I eat Healthy: I only eat healthy foods, no sugar or processed foods.
I have Desire: I have the burning desire to obtain my mission and my goals in the shortest amount of time possible.
I have Integrity: I am very firm with my morals and values, I am honest with myself and everyone around me.

PRIORITY ROLES IN ACHIEVING MY MISSION:

As a Husband: My wife is the most important person in my life.  I look for something everyday that I can do for her to make her life better.  I am always there for her.
As a Father: I act as a role model, I lead by example, I have patience, I speak as a friend, I point out ways to better themselves, I look to find something that I can better their lives everyday.
As a Friend: I am there for them, give them a helping hand or the support they need.
In a Spiritual Way: I find my spiritual peace everyday.
As a Neighbor: I am a kind and considerate neighbor.
As a Scholar: I look to learn as many new and important things as I can each and everyday.
Being Coachable: I am open,  listen and do as my coach says, I enjoy the process, I am coachable.
I am persisitent: No matter what i never give up!
I set Priorities: I schedule my priorities. I do not allow anyone to make changes for me.
As a Businessman: I am direct, to the point, get the job done, effective, efficient, with a great reputation.
As a Salesperson: I am aggressive, think things through, make prompt decisions, always make a win-win situation
I am Creative: I am creative, I am a pioneer, I enjoy developing in every area of my life.
I have Imagination: I am an imaginative person, I focus everyday on my creative thinking.
I am a Visionary: I am a visual person, I can see my future and my projects vividly, in great detail.
I am Generous: I am kind and generous in everything I do.
I have Courage: I do what needs to be done and do not think about it.
I have Skills: I practice my business and professional skills everyday and get better in every way.
I have Morals/Values: I have set and high morals and values that I deviate from for no one.
I use my Mastermind: I have a great mastermind to draw from to extract any and all information I need, I use my mastemind everyday.
I am a Leader: I lead by example and always set the level of professionalism for everyone around me.
I have Enthusiasm: I am enthusiastic about everything I am involved in.
I am the Calming Force: I have a pleasing personality and am looked upon as the calming force in every situation.
I Think Clearly: I am grounded and have a solid foundation for my mind to operate and think clearly all the time.
I Fail Everyday: I understand that failing is only a learning lesson on how not to do things, I learn from the lesson and turn every failure into success!
